Candidates must have passed their 10+2 (or equivalent) examinations from a recognized Indian school and board with 50% minimum aggregate marks.
Candidates must have chosen the science stream in their 10+2 with English, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as compulsory subjects.

Candidates applying to B Arch programs must fulfill the minimum eligibility to sit for architecture entrance exams. Candidates can apply for architectural entrances like JEE and NATA by registering in the online portal and submitting the required documents and application fees.
