About KCET 2024
The Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) is an annual entrance exam conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) for admission into various undergraduate courses in engineering, architecture, pharmacy, agriculture, and other allied courses offered by colleges in the state of Karnataka.
The Karnataka Common Entrance Test 2024 is being held to assess the eligibility and merit of Karnataka candidates and the ward/s of Jammu & Kashmiri Migrants, in order to gain admission to the first year/semester of full-time courses (such as Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc. & A.H.), B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture, B.Sc. (Hons) Sericulture, B.Sc. (Hons) Horticulture, B.Sc (Hons) Forestry, B.Tech (Bio-Technology), B.Sc.(Hons) Community Science, B.Tech (Agricultural Engineering), B.Tech (Food Technology), B.Tech (D. Tech), B.F.Sc (Fisheries), B.Sc. (Hons) Agri. Business Management, B. Pharma, Pharm-D for the Government's share of seats in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Bachelor of Yoga and Naturopathy (BNYS), and Farm Science courses at Government/University/Private Aided/Private Un-Aided Professional Educational Institutions.

Eligibility Criteria for KCET 2024
To appear for the KCET exam, candidates must fulfil the following eligibility criteria:

Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination or equivalent from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology as compulsory subjects.

Candidates must have scored a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination (40% for SC/ST and OBC candidates).

Candidates must be a citizen of India and should have studied in Karnataka for a minimum of seven years.
Application Process for KCET 2024
