Application Form for NEET-PG 2024
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2024 application form is an important document for aspiring medical students in India. It serves as a gateway for admission to postgraduate medical courses in the country. The form was released TBD by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences on their official website and is available online mode only.
To fill out the NEET PG 2024 application form, candidates need to follow the steps mentioned below:

New User Registration - All prospective candidates intending to apply for NEET-PG 2024 will need to create an online profile, which will generate a unique UserID and Password for their identification and access purposes.

Applicant Login - The User ID and Password generated during the profile creation process will serve as the credentials for candidates to log in as applicants for the NEET-PG 2024 session and complete the online application registration. By clicking on the "Go To Application" link, applicants can seamlessly proceed with the submission of their application right after creating their user profile.

Application Form Fill-up - After logging in, candidates are required to provide the necessary details correctly. The candidates must provide their full name which they must prove on the day of the examination by producing a Government issued ID proof bearing the same name at their respective test centre. Other important details that are required to be provided include Gender, Date of Birth, Nationality, Email Id, Mobile No. and Test City. The candidate must furnish the requested information under different categories. It is highly advised to have the necessary information readily available before commencing the application process. Prior to filling out the application form, it is recommended to thoroughly read the User Manual, which can be found on the NEET-PG 2024 index page, for detailed step-by-step instructions on the information required.

Uploading prescribed images - After completion of the application form, candidates must upload the required photograph, scanned signature, thumb impression, and prescribed documents.

Application Fee Payment- The final step in the process of filling out the NEET PG 2024 application form is to pay the application fee online. The fee for NEET-PG cannot be paid using any method other than the payment gateway provided within the online application form. The sole method of submitting the application for NEET-PG 2024 is through the online portals provided by NBEMS, which are accessible at https://nbe.edu.in and https://natboard.edu.in. Any other means of application submission will not be accepted and will be promptly rejected.

Note- The application form can be submitted only once. Suppose a candidate is found to have submitted multiple application forms for NEET-PG 2024. In that case, they may face consequences such as being barred from the exam, cancellation of their candidacy, and additional actions as determined suitable by NBEMS (National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences).

Acknowledgement of Application Submission- Upon successful submission of the application, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email ID of the candidate, acknowledging the completion of the application process. It is important to note that the submission of the application will be considered complete only after the examination fee has been successfully paid. To verify the status of the payment, the candidate should refer to the application form PDF, where 'S' denotes "Successful" and 'F' denotes "Failed".
