Typically, the process of filling out the application for KCET begins in March and concludes in April. The KCET application form is available online on the official websites kea.kar.nic.in, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in, and kea.karnataka.gov.in. The admit card is usually downloadable in May. It is recommended that candidates avoid submitting multiple KCET application forms to prevent rejection.  

How to fill out a KCET Exam Application Form?

The entire online application process is in different phases. In the first phase candidates will fill in the details and the application details can be edited any number of times also can take the draft printouts before selecting the declaration.  Before selecting the Declaration phase, provision is given to candidates to alter/edit/delete/add/modify the information any number of times. After ascertaining that there are no changes to be incorporated or that all the entries made by them in the online application are correct, select the declaration and complete the process.  Once the declaration is done there is no provision to change/edit/delete/add any information to the entries already made by the candidates. Candidates are informed to make sure that the entries made before the declaration are correct.

Here are the steps in detail on how to fill out the application form for the KCET Exam 2024: 

• Step 1:  Applicants must choose "UGCET-2024 Online Application" by using the website's URL search function at kea.kar.nic.in.

• Step 2: Applicants must select "New User".  On the online application form's home page, it says, "Click Here to Register." Candidates must fill up and submit the candidate registration form with all necessary details. Candidates will receive an Application number and User-ID to their registered mobile phone number and email address after successful registration, and the same will also be displayed on the screen. Candidates will afterwards need to generate their own passwords in order to access the online application.

• Step 3: A Login Prompt will show up, and applicants must input their own User ID and Password to proceed.

• Step 4: Complete the payment. 

• Step 5:  After successfully logging in, "General Information" will be presented, where the candidates must begin providing the necessary data.

• Step 6:  After the applicants have finished entering the student information, they must save their work.

• Step 7:  After entering all of the study-related information, the candidates must select "save and next."

• Step 8:  After successfully saving the study details, candidates must upload scanned photos of their photograph, candidate signature, and parent signature and click the "save and continue" option. Applicants must provide a separate JPG or JPEG file containing a scanned copy of a current, passport-size color photo and their signature. (The mobile phone's camera can also refresh a photo.)

• Step 9: The applicants must take the Draft Printout after completing the aforementioned processes, carefully review the entries they made, and if any modifications are necessary, they can make them by logging in multiple times before choosing the declaration.

• Step 10: In this section, the candidate will choose the declaration, read it carefully, and then click the "Submit" button. Applicants must take a final printout of the application form on A-4 size paper.
