XLRI - Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur has enhanced its infrastructure to meet the needs of students and to provide a healthy learning environment.

Sir Jehangir Ghandy Library of XLRI Jamshedpur has a sizable collection of 69,830 books, 28,670 eBooks, 15 newspapers, 90 print magazines and journals, 37,785 electronic resources and tools, 16,810 back issues of print journals, 14,200 XLRI dissertations, and theses, and 1.46 million works from over 350 international universities. a distinct section for faculty members and alumni publications. With Liberty (a library management system from SoftLink Asia, Australia), the library is entirely automated. It is also integrated with the newest technology, such as a hybrid RFID and electronic management system.

Sporting amenities provided to students include an international-grade grass football field, futsal, pool table, tennis court, basketball courts, and beach volleyball court. The SC Sarkar Gym is equipped with cutting-edge badminton courts, fitness gear, and other amenities. Through agreements with regional sports organizations, students also have access to nearby synthetic athletic tracks, squash courts, and swimming pools in addition to the facilities on campus.

There are 22 cutting-edge classrooms with facilities for multimedia presentations. Each lecture hall can accommodate 70 people and is set up in an amphitheater-style seating configuration. Numerous academic activities can be carried out in the seven syndicate rooms. In addition, the new academic complex has the newest workstations and servers to aid in the teaching and learning process. To support the institute's local area network, XLRI Jamshedpur has a campus-wide 10-gigabit Ethernet network.

XLRI Jamshedpur comprises three fully equipped auditoriums. Each of these two auditoriums can hold roughly 150 people. For students who may need specialized medical care, XLRI Jamshedpur provides an infirmary with five beds and all the necessary amenities. Students can also get medical help at the multidisciplinary Tata Main Hospital, which is within 3 miles of the campus.

At XLRI Jamshedpur there are four hostels with a combined total of more than 400 rooms for students. The Mother Teresa Women's Residence and the Nilima Acharji Women's Residence are the two female residences, while there are two male residences (the Fr. Enright Men's Residence and the St. Thomas Men's Residence).
