Fr. Quinn Enright, S.J. established XLRI - Xavier School of Management (XLRI), India's oldest business school, in the Steel City of Jamshedpur in 1949. With the goal of "renewing the face of the planet," Fr. Enright saw XLRI Jamshedpur as a collaborator in the freedom and development of independent India. XLRI Jamshedpur makes an ongoing effort to stand itself from other management schools. Since its founding more than 60 years ago, XLRI Jamshedpur has been dedicated to the pursuit of academic achievement and the promotion of students' complete, whole-person growth. MAGIS - a search for the best, never settling for mediocrity and always aspiring to achieve - is a crucial feature that distinguishes XLRI Jamshedpur students from other management schools. XLRI Jamshedpur is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). XLRI Jamshedpur offers PGDM in BM, HRM, IEV, and GM, and Fellow Programme in Management degrees. Admission to XLRI Jamshedpur is done online, and the application form can be obtained on the college's website, https://xlri.ac.in/ XLRI Jamshedpur has a dedicated and trained faculty. The goals of the faculty are to promote managerial expertise through a variety of educational initiatives and written works, foster critical thinking and ongoing development, advance knowledge through contextually appropriate research, and encourage an entrepreneurial and innovative culture.

XLRI Jamshedpur has enhanced its infrastructure to meet the needs of students and to provide a healthy learning environment. The library has a sizable collection of 69,830 books, 28,670 eBooks, 15 newspapers, 90 print magazines and journals, 37,785 electronic resources and tools, 16,810 back issues of print journals, 14,200 XLRI dissertations, and theses, and 1.46 million works from over 350 international universities. XLRI Jamshedpur features syndicate rooms, a computer center, and air-conditioned lecture halls, all of which have access points to the university-wide network. There are twelve cutting-edge classrooms with facilities for multimedia presentations. XLRI Jamshedpur has always been efficient in satisfying the goals of young aspiring managers by placing them in their dream companies.

The Placement Committees, which are essentially a student representation body led by the Placement Chairperson, and the faculty committee are responsible for overseeing placements at XLRI Jamshedpur. XLRI Jamshedpur offers internships at companies including Amazon, BCG, Bain, Accenture Strategy, Citibank, ITC, and Aditya Birla Group. Admission Procedure

XLRI - Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur offers PGDM in BM, HRM, IEV, and GM, and Fellow Programme in Management degrees. Applicants are in charge of making sure their applications are correct and authentic, and that all the information they submit is true. Students can register once to apply to both XLRI and XAT, which is both conducted online. Candidates are equested to v isit XLRI's website or Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) online's website. The names of those who have been chosen for an interview will be posted on the website www.xlri.ac.in, where students can also obtain XAT results. The score card will not be delivered in hard copy.
