The University of Delhi provides an excellent range of infrastructure that includes a library system which consists of a central library complex, FMS Library, Central Science Library, East Asian Studies Library, Law Library, Ratan Tata Library, South Campus Library, Braille Library (On DU Intranet) and all the library functions run on technical and digital mode while providing e-resources, e-books, e-journals, etc.
The DU houses 4 hostels for girls and 4 hostels for boys with all the required necessities to make its students have a home-like environment.
The sports complex of the DU provides with the Rugby Stadium consisting of facilities for outdoor games like football, and a multipurpose hall with for both indoor and outdoor games with wooden flooring for games like basketball, table tennis, baseball, handball, kabaddi, softball, badminton, chess, ludo, netball, and taekwondo. The DU also features a polo ground that has a 8 lane Synthetic Track for running or jogging and also comprises of fields for outdoor games like football, baseball, handball, hockey, kabaddi and softball along with an indoor gymnasium.
The students are also provided with well-maintained computer center and an University Science Instrumentation Center with classrooms equipped with appropriate teaching necessities including a cafeteria for the students to enjoy their free time from the teaching-learning process with delicious and healthy meals.
The University also provides necessary infrastructure like medical facilities with the WUS Health Centre which is available in the north extension of the campus with full time Physician, ENT Specialist, Gynaecologist, Pulmonologist, General Duty Medical Officers, Visiting Neurologist, Cardiologist, Ophthalmologist, etc., bus transportation service, and an ATM of State Bank of India and ICICI in the DU campus.
