UCC, Aluva is sited on a sprawling campus in Aluva, Kerala spanning an area of 40 acres.
UCC, Aluva boasts a wi-fi campus and houses excellent academic and extracurricular facilities to ensure the holistic development of its students.
There are spacious and well-equipped classrooms and fully-furnished seminar rooms on campus. There are three spacious auditoriums on campus and one large indoor stadium. UCC, Aluva houses state-of-the-art departmental laboratories well-equipped with top-notch equipment and facilities.
The UCC, Aluv cafeteria serves healthy and hygienic food. There is also an ATM facility on campus.
The UCC, Aluva library is more than 90 years old and boasts an expansive 9300 square-foot structure. The library has been networked with all the teaching departments and is fully automated using the global programme Alice for Windows. The library houses a collection of 81141 printed volumes, 34 print journals, and 21 magazines and periodicals. The issue and return of books at the UCC library are computerised and tracked via bar codes. The digital library was created with the Greenstone software equipped with teaching materials for students and teachers. The digital library acts as a repository of publications of the college faculty deposited in this digital facility; it offers access to around 3 million e-books and 6200 e-resources.
UCC, Aluv is a residential campus and offers hostel accommodation via two men's hostels and six women's hostels. One of UCC’s oldest women's dormitories is East Hostel, accommodating up to 80 students and housing all amenities. West Hostel has a capacity of 55 students. The T.B. Thomas (TBT) Hostel offers 41 available beds while up to 90 students can stay at the C.T. Benjamin (CTB) Hostel. The Skinner Hostel has 80 beds, spaces for athletes, and a 40-student Skinner Hostel Annexe. UCC, Aluv’s Chacko Hostel is a men's residence housing residential amenities and 50 beds. Twenty sports participants can stay at a time at the men’s sports hostel with all amenities.
Sports facilities at UCC, Aluv include a well-equipped indoor gymnasium and courts, fields, and equipment for football, cricket, tennis, basketball, hockey, and volleyball.
