SNS College of Technology, Coimbatore is situated on the National Highway (NH-209) in the centre of the city, 12 km from the railroad station and 10 km from the airport and central bus station. SNSCT Coimbatore has a total area of 10.13 acres, of which about 60% is open space with plants, trees, and other vegetation. The campus is well-kept and expansive with cutting-edge infrastructure.
The central library of SNSCT Coimbatore occupies 972 square feet on the ground floor of the Main Block and has 150 seating spaces. The library has 66619 volumes of books, 124 periodicals in the fields of engineering, business administration, master of computer applications, science, and humanities, as well as daily newspapers and magazines. The library subscribes to DELNET online resources, which include 969 full-text publications and 1795 periodicals with indexes in order to improve user satisfaction. Through the use of barcode technology, all library resources are accessible. The library uses in-house developed library software that is frequently updated and well-maintained for all of its housekeeping tasks.
At SNSCT Coimbatore, sports and fitness go hand in hand. With high-quality sports equipment and excellent coaches, SNSCT Coimbatore hopes to leave a legacy of health to future generations. Sports facilities include a basketball court, Volley ball court, Cricket court, Kabaddi court, Football 5’s court, separate boys’ and girls’ gym, etc. Table tennis, shuttle badminton, chess, carom, and other indoor games are all available in our college's indoor game centre.
SNSCT Coimbatore is housed in a serene atmosphere and has 62 classrooms, 30 tutorial rooms, 96 laboratories, 5 workshops, 11 seminar halls, an auditorium, 13 department libraries, a placement cell, a research, and development cell, and an industrial institute partnership cell. It also has an internal quality assurance cell. The other infrastructure consists of students' canteens, a food court, a doctor's room and a clinic (SNS Trust), an ATM facility, smart classrooms, an open auditorium, etc.
SNSCT Coimbatore offers separate hostels with 168 and 155 rooms, respectively, for males and girls. All classrooms and the hostel have access to the internet at all times, and Wi-Fi is available across the entire campus.
