SNS College of Technology, Coimbatore (SNSCT Coimbatore) was established as a self-finance and co-educational college in 2002 with three Undergraduate programs in Engineering and Technology with a student body of 18.
SNSCT Coimbatore was founded by the Sri SNS Charitable Trust, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Since its beginning, SNSCT Coimbatore has been committed to building a center for holistic education and enhancing the teaching-learning process. SNSCT Coimbatore stands out from many other institutions that provide engineering education because of the fervor and commitment with which it upholds its motto, "Sincerity Nobility Service." The government of Tamil Nadu and the AICTE in New Delhi gave their approval for the college's establishment. SNSCT Coimbatore is affiliated with Anna University in Chennai.
The UGC granted SNSCT Coimbatore autonomous status in the year 2012. SNSCT Coimbatore offers BE, ME, MCA, MBA, and Ph.D. degrees. Candidates for undergraduate programs are admitted in accordance with the guidelines established by Anna University and the Department of Technical Education (DoTE).
SNSCT Coimbatore has a remarkable and trained faculty. The main idea of the faculty is design thinking, which allows students the academic freedom to comprehend complicated issues and ideas through active learning activities and fosters the development of forward-thinking minds. The faculty of SNSCT Coimbatore is dedicated to giving students a rigorous and relevant education to help them develop so they may have an impact on the world and solve the most serious social concerns of our country SNSCT Coimbatore is situated on the National Highway (NH-209) in the centre of the city, 12 km from the railroad station and 10 km from the airport and central bus station.
SNSCT Coimbatore has a total area of 10.13 acres, of which about 60% is open space with plants, trees, and other vegetation. SNSCT Coimbatore is housed in a serene atmosphere and has 62 classrooms, 30 tutorial rooms, 96 laboratories, 5 workshops, 11 seminar halls, an auditorium, a central library with reading rooms, 13 department libraries, a placement cell, a research and development cell, and an industrial institute partnership cell. It also has an internal quality assurance cell and a centralized library with reading rooms.
The Placement Cell of SNSCT Coimbatore is crucial in establishing a prestigious placement training track record. In addition, the cell supports the students' training initiatives and ensures that they are hired by the organizations of their dreams. FACE is the recognised training partner of SNSCT Coimbatore.
Along with teaching them computer languages like C, C++, JAVA, and PYTHON, FACE also provided the students with general training in linguistic, numerical, and reasoning skills. SNSCT Coimbatore also provides scholarships to meritorious students.

Admission Procedure
SNS College of Technology, Coimbatore offers BE, ME, MCA, MBA and Ph.D. degrees. Candidates for undergraduate programmes are admitted in accordance with the guidelines established by Anna University and the Department of Technical Education (DoTE). Candidates must fill out a registration form with their basic information, including name, father's name, mobile number, and email address. The fees must be paid by candidates who have successfully registered. All applicants must appear at TNEA facilitation centres for document verification after successfully submitting their application forms and receiving a random number. For the purpose of verification, candidates must have all of the aforementioned documentation with them in original form. A merit list will be created by the TNEA, DOTE conducting authority using normalised marks that account for the candidate's performance in physics, chemistry, and mathematics. For P.G. Courses, candidates must take one of the entrance exams- Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the Consortium / Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) Candidates for the Ph.D. programme are chosen based on their performance in a written test administered by Anna University, followed by an interview.
