Silicon Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar’s campus, also known as “SiliconTech”, is a sprawling 18.5-acre campus situated in Infocity, Bhubaneswar in the state of Odisha. The SiliconTech campus is residential and offers state-of-the-art academic, sports, hostel, and extracurricular facilities to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for its students. SIT Bhubaneswar is a wi-fi-enabled campus and houses spacious and well-equipped classrooms with audio-visual aids and large lecture theatres.

The library is well-stocked with discussion rooms, separate reading cubicles, and a book bank facility housing over 63,000 books. The digital library functions as an online repository of resources containing several audio-video courses, e-journals, and online resources. There are 54 well-equipped laboratories on campus equipped with state-of-the-art and modern equipment; some of them include the advanced VLSI lab, IoT and embedded systems lab, advanced materials lab, and makers lab.

SIT Bhubaneswar also houses a spacious and well-equipped auditorium with a seating capacity of 400. Regular bus services are offered on campus via GPS-equipped buses available free of cost. The campus also offers medical facilities through an on-campus residence clinic with a general physician and a gynaecologist visiting twice a week and emergency ambulance services.

SIT Bhubaneswar is a residential campus and offers well-appointed hostel accommodation facilities separately for boys and girls. There are two boys’ hostels with a capacity of 1200, one girls’ hostel with a capacity of 600, and a guest house. Both, AC and non-AC rooms are available in the hostels on a triple-sharing basis, and each student room is equipped with a bed, mattress, pillow, table, chair, and wardrobe. There are four dining halls and two multicuisine and vegetarian cafeterias available on campus offering hygienic food to students. SIT Bhubaneswar campus is well-connected with convenient accessibility to Bhubaneswar city. There are also several shopping areas with many joints near the college, offering a plethora of dining options to students.
