The campus of Sadakathullah Appa College, Tirunelveli is enormous, covering 40.56 acres. The broad and roomy campus accommodates the academic requirements and extracurricular interests of the pupils. The classrooms are roomy, well-ventilated, and equipped. An LCD projector is available in every department to improve teaching and learning. 47 of the 56 classrooms at the college are equipped with LCD projectors and Five smart classrooms are available. SAC Tirunelveli also contains a Language Laboratory, an AV Hall, 5 Science Laboratories, and 4 well-equipped Computer Laboratories.
The Library has 47,929 print books in its collection. Additionally, the UGC Book Bank has 6,340 books in addition to textbooks to fulfill its objectives. The library has subscriptions to 66 well-known journals. Sadakath: A Research Bulletin, a multidisciplinary periodical, is published by the college. 51 magazines, both in Tamil and English, are kept at the library. Every day, 8 newspapers with national and international circulation are available at the library. For the benefit of the students, 3,172 projects and theses/dissertations have been collected. The Library contains 1,125 back volumes in addition to 566 CDs and DVDs of audio and visual materials. The databases in the library are NLIST and DELNET from INFLIBNET. Furthermore, the N-LIST provides access to nearly 6,000 e-Journals.
SAC Tirunelveli provides enough athletic facilities to accommodate the athletes. To encourage sports and fulfill goals, a variety of sports equipment is readily available. The Sports Ground includes a football field, a 400-meter standard track with eight lanes, and a cricket field (222614 square feet). Excellent sports facilities were built at the institution, including the hockey field (541027 square feet), standard size two Morrum tennis courts, volleyball open court (2326 square feet), basketball court (9419 square feet), and kho-kho (7125 square feet). The Indoor Stadium includes a number of amenities, including courts for handball, kabaddi, basketball, table tennis, chess, and carrom. In addition to indoor and outdoor games, cross-country races, swimming, weightlifting, and other sports are also taught. To promote the value of physical fitness among students, a multi-gym is kept up.
SAC Tirunelveli is equipped with ramps, wheelchairs, and restrooms that are accessible to people with disabilities to ensure that all resources are available to students who have special needs. Additionally used for solemnizing academic activities are an air-conditioned auditorium, two seminar halls, a conference room, and a DC meeting room.

Around 500 female students are housed in two hostels, and roughly 250 male students are housed in one hostel.
