R.V. College of Engineering, Bengaluru is situated on Mysore Road, 13 kilometers from Bangalore City, India's Silicon Valley. RVCE Bengaluru has a vast campus covering 16.85 acres and is located in a forest setting. A large collection of books, reference materials, bound volumes, technical national and international periodicals, e-books, e-journals, encyclopedias, and other multimedia resources are available at the library; the total volume of the document collection is 183616. The library subscribes to 15 daily newspapers, including English and Kannada, 233 technical journals, and 23 technical periodicals. RVCE Bengaluru has a collection of 49320 e-books and a subscription to Skillsoft e-Books 24x7, which includes Engineering Pro and IT Pro. E-journal subscriptions are made through the VTU e-Resource Consortium; the e-journals are from a variety of top publishers and offer users a value-added service. The consortium's library includes 7693 e-journals, 11,111 e-books, and 190 e-journals and conference proceedings. Along with the central library, RVCE Bengaluru also has 12 departmental libraries.
RVCE Bengaluru has enough roomy classrooms with good ventilation and natural lighting to hold theory classes. To enhance the teaching-learning process, the campus has placed 18 smart boards, one in each department. There are 13 seminar halls and one huge auditorium with cutting-edge ICT equipment to host college-level events, state, national, and international conferences, workshops, and symposia.
Modern, cutting-edge tools and materials are available in all of the laboratories and workshops. The department of physical education is well-equipped with the tools needed to coach students in a variety of indoor and outdoor sports and competitions. Students can use the facilities in the Old and New Sports Complexes to play sports like indoor shuttle badminton, carom, table tennis, cricket, etc.
The campus boasts a 6400-square-meter playground. Next to the architecture block is a brand-new 6300 square meter field space for athletics, football, hockey, and other events. The gym is another resource available to the students.
RVCE Bengaluru’s food court is stretched across 500 square meters and is meant to serve 1000 students and employees. The Mini Canteen, which is conveniently situated on the other side of the campus from the Main Canteen, also serves the needs of students.
There are enough buses to handle the daily commute of around a thousand students. Kotak Mahindra Bank offers a banking facility for students on campus.
A private health center on campus is available to all enrolled students.
There are four boys' hostels on campus that can accommodate more than 1200 inmates. There is a women's hostel on campus and a second one close to RVCE Bengaluru.
