Mrinalini Dutta Mahavidyapith, Kolkata is well-equipped with a range of facilities that enable our students to pursue their studies in a safe and comfortable environment. MDM Kolkata has well-furnished science labs with an internet connection. The campus has 4 smart classrooms.
MDM Kolkata features a large, well-stocked central library with 6000 square feet of space that is filled with books, reference books, journals, and periodicals. For the graduate students of the departments of Bengali, Education, and Commerce, another library has been established in the new structure. Each department has its own departmental libraries, complete with all the amenities. a central library with 29102 textbooks, 7129 reference books, and internet facilities (empowered by KOHA software)
The students play sports and games including football, volleyball, cricket, badminton, and more on the playground, which consists of 40 cottages and is surrounded by a concrete boundary wall. A yearly sporting event is also conducted on the field. On campus, students have access to indoor games including table tennis, carrom, chess, etc. MDM Kolkata features separate gymnasiums for boys and girls that are each fully equipped.
For training purposes, two instructors have been appointed. Students can benefit from the campus canteen that is offered at a reduced cost. A sick room with basic first aid supplies and medical equipment is kept up by the college's Red Cross chapter for the benefit of the students. MDM Kolkata also has an auditorium, 2 seminar/conference rooms, an alumni association room, and a girls' hostel.
