Midnapore College is situated on a sprawling campus occupying 15.21 acres of land along with five acres acquired for a second campus.
The MC, Midnapore campus is well-equipped with cutting-edge academic and co-curricular facilities to facilitate the holistic development of its students. MC, Midnapore houses spacious and airy classrooms which are well equipped with smart technology and audio-visual aids for interactive teaching.
MC, Midnapore auditorium, commonly known as Vivekananda Hall, serves the purpose of a suitable place for arranging educational and non-educational events on campus. It also has a studio, virtual conference rooms, and seminar halls equipped with air-conditioning facilities where special presentations and interactive sessions are conducted.
MC, Midnapore also houses state-of-the-art language laboratories and several course-specific labs installed with cutting-edge facilities to enhance the practical knowledge and education of students. There is a well-stocked library that houses more than 75,000 textbooks, 22 journals, and digitally preserved rare books. The library has several electronic resources accessible to students in addition to a library of NPTEL video lectures.
MC, Midnapore campus is residential and houses hostel accommodation facilities for boys and girls separately. There is a well-maintained canteen on the campus serving students healthy and hygienic food. The campus also has a medical unit within its premises to assist students during any kind of medical emergency.
Games and sports facilities of MC, Midnapore include a large playground for playing football, a basketball court, a badminton court, a kho kho court, an indoor stadium, and a 10-station multi-gym. There are also common/recreation rooms and a gymnasium on campus equipped with indoor games and recreational facilities. The campus also uniquely boasts a museum established by the Department of History of MC, Midnapore.
