The Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology has a comprehensive infrastructure that provides students with access to a central library with conventional and online resources that cover all fields and related areas. The conventional resource section has other course-related materials in addition to 25,965 books and 20 print publications including 4 foreign journals. The students have access to 10,131 e-books, 6000 (approximately) e-journals, CDs, audio cassettes, DVDs and other online materials within the category of digital resources.
There are separate hostels for boys and girls at MAKAUT Kolkata, each having the essential amenities available to the residing students.
The campus has a sports complex for the students to use in conjunction with the proper utilisation of the institute's physical activities to keep them physically engaged.
For enhancing the teaching-learning process for the students and offer them with resources based on research, the students are also given access to well-maintained classrooms, labs and a cafeteria that serves adequate, hygienic meals to the people of MAKAUT Kolkata.
