Kasturba Medical College, Manipal provides all the required infrastructural facilities to its students. It boasts one of Asia's largest medical libraries, with a diverse collection of books, e-books, computers, and other resources. Separate hostels are used to house boys and girls. Wardens, recruited from the faculty members, are in charge of the hostel's day-to-day operations, such as discipline and building maintenance. There is also hostel staff including caretakers/block supervisors, attendants, and housekeeping people.
KMC Manipal features state-of-the-art sports facilities, which include playgrounds, an indoor stadium, outdoor courts, and a variety of sporting events, to assist students stay fit and cultivate a sense of sportsmanship. The department of Physical Education holds distinct athletic events for men and women to encourage students to participate in sports activities. Two cricket grounds, a football ground, a hockey ground, a basketball court, and two volleyball courts are among the outdoor sporting facilities. Track and field have a vast open space that allows student-athletes to make the most of it in order to compete in field and track competitions. Every pupil has access to a sporting opportunity. There are spacious, air-conditioned, and eco-friendly Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Pathology, Microbiology, Forensic Medicine, Community Medicine, Respiratory Medicine, Dermatology, Orthopedic, Ophthalmology, Radiotherapy, IHBT, PMR, Gastroenterology Research, Cardiology, Medical Genetics, Infectious Disease and many other labs for learning and research. There is a canteen for the students which serves hygenic veg and non-veg food. All the classrooms are nicely designed, well furnished and air-conditioned for the students' comfort while learning. Kasturba Hospital at Manipal is always there for any medical emergency of students and staffs.
