The placement cell of JISCOE, Kalyani is excellent and trains students in each and every step of their career from mock interviews to getting placed in an MNC. Companies like Cognizant, Accenture and a few others take an active part in the placement drive conducted by the placement authorities and coordinator every year on the college campus.
The academic amenities provided by JISCOE, Kalyani include a library with a total book volume of 89880, with a total title of 8494, 225 journals including both national and international. The library has a software system RFID-based LMS-LIB MAN & LIBSYS with a digital facility of Dspace and OPAC, 57 different labs for the students of the different departments with a total of 1205 no. of computers, to enhance their practical learning with convenience. This facility also includes a total of 20 advanced laboratories with state-of-art research facilities, and 2 auditoriums one as Dr B.C. Roy Auditorium with 350 seating capacity and CMS auditorium with 150 seating capacity along with 2 conference rooms for organizing any mass-informative programs and 71 classrooms along with 21 tutorial rooms and 10 smart classrooms for the students to have an enhancing learning experience with more practical knowledge along with hostels for boys and girls Hostel no. 1 Vivekananda Boy's Hostel with a capacity of 250 including 136 rooms for the boys and hostel no. 2 Nivedita Girl's Hostel with a capacity of 312 including 96 rooms for the girls, sports facilities like a field, pool table, table tennis tables and many more, 2 hygienic cafeterias for the students and the staff to have proper and healthy meals during their course time with a clean and well-maintained dining atmosphere, a gym for the students to maintain a good and healthy physique for a proper physical and mental balance to concentrate on the area of courses more efficiently, medical and shuttle services with a bus and a solar-powered toto made by the mechanical students for the use of their transportation in and out of the campus.

Admission Procedure
JIS College of Engineering, Kalyani offers, B.Tech, M.Tech, BBA, and MBA with a choice of specializations. Students can enroll in programs including undergraduate courses, must complete their 10+2 test with the appropriate scores, and to apply to postgraduate programs, they must have earned their bachelor's degree with the necessary scores or equivalent.
Conducts an admission procedure starting from the registration of the individual for access to the application form, followed by filling in the application form with a fee payment. The procedure includes clearing the entrance exams of West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations (WBJEE) or Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main) or Common Entrance Examination conducted by the Association of Minority Professional Academic Institutes of West Bengal (CEE-AMPAI WB).
