Jawaharlal Nehru College, Pasighat earns its reputation of being one of the leading higher educational institutions in North-East India, providing the very best infrastructure for the students.

JNC library is one of the richest and well-equipped libraries in the entire North-Eastern region. Students, teachers, and administrative staff are allowed to become members. The library contains more than 44000 volumes of books pertaining to various disciplines and subscribes to 61 journals and 10 newspapers sprawling over various local, regional, national and international publications. Being a member of the UGC Inflibnet N-List Programme, JNC library members can access more than 6000 journals and 35000 e-books online. Additionally, the library provides free internet access to members, and photocopying facilities at a nominal cost. There are cubicles for scholars engaged in research work.

There are 9 hostels for boys and 4 for girls at JNC. Co-curricular activities also form a major part of college life at JNC. The lower campus has a well-maintained playground for students to play a host of outdoor games such as football, volleyball, hockey, basketball, cricket, badminton, etc.

The Auditorium-cum-Students' Recreation Centre is equipped with all necessary drapings of the modern stage for dramatic and cultural activities. It serves as a common platform for students to come together and showcase their skills. The JNC cafeteria is present at the Upper Campus and is run by an independent contractor.

A government-run healthcare centre, with doctors on staff, functions in the Lower Campus of JNC, providing medical care to students and staff. The Lower Campus also has an ATM for the convenience of campus residents. The JNC Bus operates only for everyday academic purposes to go to and from the institute. Students and staff must carry their identity cards in order to avail the bus service.
