The Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Mumbai (IHM, Mumbai) is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Tourism Government India and is also recognized as one of the oldest schools of hospitality, the first of its kind in South East Asia that was founded on June 27th, 1954 by the All India Women's Central Food Council. Affiliated with the University of Mumbai, IHM, Mumbai offers courses in the field of Hospitality, Management, and Food Production alongside short-term diplomas.
The application procedure is held online mode. Admission Procedure
Applicants of the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Mumbai must have passed HSC (10+2) examination with a minimum of 50% marks with English as a compulsory subject. Admission to B.Sc is granted on the basis of the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology Joint Entrance Exam (NCHMCT JEE) score. Applicants seeking admission to Diploma degree courses must have completed (10+2) HSC with English as the main subject.
