Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata is spread over a sprawling 30-acre estate that provides the necessary infrastructural support to its students. The ISI Kolkata's Central Library is located in Kolkata and is connected to all of the Institute's other campuses. The library has grown to become one of the most comprehensive in the nation throughout the years, particularly in the areas of statistics and related sciences. The Central Library in Kolkata has nearly 70,000 volumes of books, reports, and printed periodicals in addition to numerous government documents, reprints, maps, microfilms, and microfiches. It subscribes to more than 6,000 scholarly and technical magazines annually. ISI Kolkata has a general-purpose lab and departmental libraries are two computer labs for everyone in ISI Kolkata to do their work, studies etc. The Library has a Museum where carefully preserved materials include letters, reports, and photographs from famous guests.
ISI Kolkata provides the students with limited hostel facilities with every required facility available.
The Campus is covered with high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity and it has an auditorium to arrange conferences, workshops and other programs.The larger classrooms are air-conditioned. A Cafeteria and Gymnasium are also available on the ISI Kolkata campus, along with a recreation room, running track and facilities for indoor games.
ISI Kolkata has a Medical Welfare Unit offering services to students and staff when required.
