Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi campus covers an area of 320 acres. The school works hard to give its students the best college experience of their life by providing high quality infrastructural facilities which include 11 boys' hostels and 2 girls' hostels with all the amenities like TV in common room, dining hall, access to the internet etc.
An amphitheatre, a pool, a music room, a robotics room, a club building, a gym with all the modern equipments, a well stocked library that contains more than three lakh print materials such as books, thesis, journals, magazines and also a digital library with access to various databases, archives and digital resources and other amenities are available at IIT Delhi.
IIT Delhi also includes fully functioning laboratories for each department with the most modern technology to meet the demands of its students for research and study and to further their practical studies in future.
Apart from the academic infrastructure there are also many indoor and outdoor sports facilities available for the students such as a cricket field with four turf wickets and four cricket practice pitches, three volleyball and two basketball courts, eight tennis courts and a tennis practice wall, hockey and football grounds, three squash courts, one badminton hall, two table tennis halls etc.
There are several canteens all over the campus in order to serve hygienic veg and non-veg food. It has an auditorium with a large seating capacity and modern infrastructure.
IIT Delhi provides medical facilities through an in-house hospital that provides OPD treatments with a team of doctors, nurses and paramedical staff. There are facilities like convenience store, bank and ATMs available at the campus.
