Admission Procedure
Students can enrol in undergraduate (B.A. LL.B., B.B.A. LL.B.) courses at Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla. To get admission to HPNLU Shimla, students must appear for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). The admission procedure is based on academic merit and the Common Law Admission Test scores.
HPNLU Shimla also offer LLM, MBA in Corporate Law, and a Ph.D in Law. An applicant seeking admission to LLM course must have completed their graduation in law and qualify for a Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) exam. For the MBA course the candidate must hold a bachelor's degree and have a valid HPNLU-CET (Himachal Pradesh National Law University-Common Entrance Test) and for Ph.D, the candidate must hold a postgraduate degree from a recognized university and qualify for the Ph.D law entrance examination conducted by University. Students can apply online to fill up the Ph.D entrance examination Test.
