Haldia Law College, Haldia features a library where a wide range of great books is provided to students. The library is overflowing with textbooks, journals, and magazines. In addition, the most recent Reports of the High Courts and the Supreme Court are also available there.
There are two separate hostels for boys and girls. The hostel provides affordable and comfortable living accommodations for its students. HLC Haldia organises annual sports events. HLC Haldia also has indoor and outdoor gaming facilities. Cricket, football, badminton, volleyball, chess and several other games are propagated by HLC Haldia.

Haldia Law College, Haldia provides its students with a moot court named The Rupinder Singh Suri Moot Court Hall. They have a moot court society as well. Moot court competitions are held at the host school or institution, and teams from several colleges participate. The auditorium on the campus is fully furnished with the latest audio-visual equipment.
