The campus of Greater Kolkata College of Engineering and Management, Baruipur spreads over an area of 10 acres and provides multifarious facilities for the overall development of the students. GKCEM has a centralized Library housing more than 26000 volumes of books of over 2000 titles. Members can also access multiple e-journals in the Digital Section of the Library. GKCEM Library comes with a separate reading room and Book Bank facilities along with access to many related reference books.
The students at GKCEM are accommodated in separate hostels for boys and girls.
The canteen and cafeteria offer a variety of tasty and nutritious dishes to students and staff, and GKCEM Campus also has provisions for water purifiers with chilled water.
Recognising the importance of games and activities, GKCEM facilitates various sports activities in the large playground within the Campus. The students can also avail the well-equipped indoor gymnasium present at the Students Activity Center, along with facilities to practice Yoga.
The classrooms at GKCEM are spacious and adequately equipped to facilitate the teaching-learning process. Seminar halls with audio-video and digital teaching facilities are present on the Campus. There are 74 course-specific laboratories and multiple workshops like the Electrical Workshop, Machine shop, Electronics Workshop, Computer Workshop, Carpentry Workshop, Welding Workshop, Foundry shop and Fittings Workshop, which the students can avail for practical work.
GKCEM provides an on-call Medical Unit and also has a sick room. GKCEM also provides transportation facilities from the Baruipur railway station to GKCEM Campus.
