The infrastructural facilities offered by GU,Taleigao are top-notch.
The campus consists of a well-infrastructured and properly stocked library with vast amount of resources pertaining to numerous fields of study to cater to the academic and informational requirements of students and staff. Resources include textbooks, reference books, journals, databases, CDs and video. Apart from this, the library also contains digital resources such as e-books and e-journals.
GU, Taleigao has a sporting culture which ensures the students make full use of the state-of-the-art sporting infrastructure. Students at the University regularly participate at various tournaments and have brought several laurels to the college. GU, Taleigao’s sporting infrastructure include a basketball court, a volleyball court, a cricket ground, a 400m athletics track, a football ground, a concrete batting pitch for net practices, Kho-Kho and Kabaddi court. Apart from this outdoor sporting infrastructure, GU Taleigao also consists of a Silver Jubilee Hall which is used for indoor sporting activities such as weight lifting, power lifting, judo, chess, tennikoit, best physique, and taekwondo.
GU Taleigao provides hostel facilities for both males and females. The hostels are well-constructed and provide a homely ambience for a great staying and studying experience for the students. Amenities available at the hostels include bus facility, wifi connection, mess, tv room etc.
The University Health Centre provides primary healthcare to its students and staff. The entire campus of the University is wifi enabled to provide students and staff easy access to the internet to cater to their informational requirements. The campus provides its students with modern classrooms and labs equipped with the necessary advanced teaching technology and equipment.
GU,Taleigao organises numerous conferences, seminars, functions and other events which are hosted at the well-constructed seminar halls, conference halls and auditorium that are equipped with the latest A/V facilities. To facilitate ease of banking transactions for students and staff, the campus has been equipped with State Bank of India (SBI) branch along with atm facility.
