Future Institute of Engineering and Management, Kolkata is situated on an expansive campus spanning an area of five acres at Sonarpur Road, Kolkata. The campus is equipped with state-of-the-art academic infrastructure including spacious air-conditioned classrooms equipped with interactive teaching and learning facilities such as smartboards, microphones, speakers, and projectors.
The FIEM Kolkata campus is also equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi facilities available throughout the campus. FIEM Kolkata houses a large, well-equipped library boasting an extensive collection of approximately 65000 volumes, books, periodicals, national journals, and e-journals. The library is open Monday through Friday from 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. with additional open hours during semester exams and placement programs. The library is divided into two sections: technology and management. FIEM Kolkata also includes a digital library with an exemplary assortment of books, and projects. Library operations are automated by the library management system named LSEase.
FIEM Kolkata has furnished air-conditioned engineering labs apart from interaction and linguistic skills as the primary key point for students, to help them develop strong interpersonal skills that will be useful in their future workplace. With specialized collaborations, a full-fledged Communication and Language laboratory has been established with this goal in mind.
The FIEM Kolkata campus accommodates three spacious and modern technology-equipped auditoriums with seating capacity arrangements for 100, 350, and 900 students. There is also a canteen building serving clean and nutritious food to students. The canteen ensures hygienic food at affordable pricing to our students, serving a wide range of snacks and meals. There are separate canteens for students and faculties.
Campus residential facilities are offered through hostel tie-ups with a homely atmosphere, available separately for boys and girls. FIEM Kolkata also houses dedicated medical practitioners who are present on campus for addressing any medical emergencies.
FIEM Kolkata’s medical and healthcare facility is assisted by local healthcare centres and clinics. Sports facilities offered on the FIEM Kolkata campus include outdoor game provisions in the form of a basketball court, football ground, and cricket ground. The campus also has indoor gaming facilities for table tennis, carrom and chess. The campus allows its students to exhibit their co-curricular and sports skills and interests by joining the many competitive and non-competitive teams on campus.
The campus also has a spacious gym that is equipped with modern up-to-date equipment. The FIEM Kolkata campus encourages students to use the many extra-academic facilities and infrastructure to keep themselves healthy and fit.
