With its 16 acres of land and top-notch training facilities, the Footwear Design and Development Institute, Hyderabad campus is a spectacle of harmony in design and natural beauty. A large, fully furnished central library with a sizable collection of 4000 books and magazines is located on the campus.

Separate hostel accommodations, with all the basic amenities, are provided to the male and female students. There is an in-campus mess, a facility run by students, serving students healthy, hygienic vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals at affordable prices. In the cafeteria, a variety of beverages and snacks are offered.

Numerous sports facilities are offered to promote students' overall development. For students to obtain a practical understanding of the disciplines, course-specific laboratories and workshops are available. These include a 100-seat computer lab, a 30-seat CAD/CAM lab, a retail and visual lab, a footwear workshop, and an apparel and fashion design workshop. To enhance the educational experience, the air-conditioned classrooms are furnished with LCD, O/H projectors, multimedia notebooks, speakers, cordless microphones, televisions, and video players. For entertainment, it also features a cutting-edge auditorium with 300 seats, audio-video facilities, and other modern amenities.
