NCHMCT JEE 2023 Application Form
The application process for NCHMCT JEE 2023 exam involves several steps, including registration, form filling, uploading of scanned documents, and fee payment. The NCHMCT JEE application form is exclusively available in online mode.
It is recommended that the candidate have the documents ready before filling out the online Application Form:

80% of the face, including the ears, must be visible in the scanned clear passport photo in JPG or JPEG format (size between 10 kb and 200 kb) in either color or black & white.

A functional email address is required because it will be used for essential correspondence.

What is the Application Procedure to fill out NCHMCT JEE 2023?
The steps to applying online are as follows:

Step 1: Register online using your personal email address and mobile number. Write down the application number that the system generates.

Step 2: Complete the online application form and write down the Application Number that the system generates.

Step 3: Upload readable scanned photos of the following: I a recent photograph (in jpg/jpeg file, size 10Kb - 200Kb) with 80% of the face (without a mask) visible, including ears on a white background; (ii) the candidate's signature (file size: 4Kb - 30Kb); and (iii) a PwD Certificate (file size 50 kb-300 kb).

Step 4: Use the Canara Bank or Paytm Payment Gateway to pay the fee through net banking using a debit card (other than a Master or Visa card) or a credit card, a wallet, or UPI, and retain a record of the transaction.
The four steps might be carried out either simultaneously or sequentially.
After successfully completing Step 4, the application form's confirmation page should be downloaded, and a printout of it may be kept for future use. Only after the candidate successfully completes payment can the confirmation page of the online application form be generated.
The candidate should contact the concerned Bank/Payment Gateway Integrator to ensure the successful payment if the Confirmation Page is not created after paying the Prescribed Fee. Despite the foregoing, the candidate may contact NTA Helpline if the successful transaction is not reflected on the Portal. A second payment may be made by the candidate if the payment problem is still not resolved.
However, after fee reconciliation by NTA, any duplicate payments received from the applicant over the course of the aforementioned transactions would be returned through the same payment method.
