MAT 2024 Application Form

 

The steps listed below must be followed by candidates in order to successfully complete the application form and enroll for the MAT exam:

 

  • Test Mode Details - 

    • In Step 1 of the application form, candidates have the option of selecting at least one and a maximum of two test modes.

  • Upload Photo and Signature -

    • Photo: A current colour passport-size photo is required. Make sure the coloured image is shot in front of a light-colored background, preferably one that is white, and that there are no sharp shadows. For candidates having glasses, ensure that there are no reflections and their eyes are clearly visible. Make sure both ears are visible in the picture as well. Dark glasses, headgear, and caps are not permitted in the picture. Religious headgear is permitted, but it cannot completely obscure the candidate's face. Only the .jpg or .jpeg file types should be used for the photo image. No file should be smaller than 10KB or more than 50KB.

    • Signature: The signature must be written in black ink on white paper. The signature field is the only area of the page that the candidates are required to scan. This signature must match the one on the answer sheet at the time of the written examination (PBT) and during the interview. It must be proper as it will appear on the admit card. The candidate's application shall be cancelled in any circumstance where the signature does not match. The scanned image of the signature should only be in .jpg or .jpeg format, with a file size of 5KB to 20KB.

  • Choose Management Institutes (MI) -

    • Candidates who choose the Double test mode will have the option of choosing extra two MIs for sending their scores in addition to the present option of selecting five MIs, for a total of seven MIs. In order to select an additional MI, the candidate needs to pay INR 118 (with 18% GST).

  • Make Payment -

    • The candidates will be directed to the payment page after making their MI choices.

Note: The payment should be made through Debit/Credit card/Net banking/Wallet.

  • Fill Personal Particulars, Qualification and Experiences -

    • The candidates must fill out the online application form with accurate information considering their eligibility will be determined based on the information they provide. The information must be thoroughly exercised in order to accurately furnish the candidate's personal details, qualification details, and so on.

  • View/Download Registration form -

    • The candidates are provided with the option to print the filled-out application form for their records, while previewing it before submitting.

 

Successfully registered candidates are entitled to perform out the following actions: 

 

  • Update information if required: After downloading and carefully reading the registration form, the candidate can modify all information except Name, DOB, email address, and mobile number.

  • Upgrade test: The candidates can upgrade their already selected test mode to one of the following: Double IBT, PBT+IBT, CBT+IBT with an extra charge of INR 1200. 

  • Additional MI Choices: Candidates have the option of choosing as many MIs as they want with an additional charge of INR 118/- (with 18% GST) per MI choice.
