About JSAT 2024

JSAT, which stands for Jindal Scholastic Aptitude Test, is a standardized entrance examination conducted by O.P. Jindal Global University. This test is administered online in a home-proctored mode and serves as a common admission requirement for various undergraduate programs offered by the university.

O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU) is a non-profit institution established by the Government of Haryana and recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC). The university comprises 12 distinct schools, each specializing in a specific field of study. These schools include the Jindal Global Law School, Jindal Global Business School, Jindal School of International Affairs, Jindal School of Government and Public Policy, Jindal School of Liberal Arts & Humanities, Jindal School of Journalism & Communication, Jindal School of Art & Architecture, and others.

JSAT is designed as an online test consisting of 120 Multiple Choice Questions. It evaluates candidates' proficiency in logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude (mathematics), and verbal ability (English). The weightage assigned to each category varies depending on the specific program of study chosen by the applicant. The scores obtained in the JSAT are considered for admission to undergraduate programs at JGU.

Candidates have the opportunity to take the JSAT exam up to three times within the designated testing period. The highest score obtained among all the attempts will be taken into consideration. Each attempt requires a separate payment, and candidates can schedule their retake test with a minimum gap of four days or more from their previous attempt, based on real-time availability. When scheduling the exam, candidates can choose a time slot that is at least 48 hours after the scheduling transaction is completed in the Pearson VUE system.

JSAT is an online exam conducted in a home-proctored mode for admission to various undergraduate courses in fields such as Management, Law, Commerce, and Humanities. Candidates have the flexibility to register for the exam and choose a suitable exam slot according to their convenience.  

JSAT 2024 Application Procedure

The Jindal Global School (JGU) makes the online application form for JSAT available on their official website: https://admissions.jgu.edu.in/. The application process for JSAT involves several steps such as registration, form filling, document upload, and fee payment.

Applicants are required to complete the online registration process by uploading their photograph, scanned signature, and copies of their 10th Std. Mark Sheet (as proof of Date of Birth) and 12th Std. Mark Sheet. The application fee can be paid online, and applicants have the option to download and print a copy of the filled-in application in standard formats.

Once the application is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to the applicant's registered email address. Additionally, within 24 hours of the scheduled exam date, another email will be sent from jsatonlineexam@jgu.edu.in. This email will provide instructions on how to download the required software for the exam.

 

JSAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria

The Jindal Scholastic Aptitude Test (JSAT) is an online entrance exam administered by O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU) for admission to its undergraduate programs. Candidates interested in taking the JSAT should carefully review the eligibility criteria set by JGU.

To check their results, candidates must follow these steps:

  1. Visit the login window on the official website.

  2. Log in using the registered email ID (provided during the application process) and password.

  3. Click on the submit button.

  4. The JSAT 2024 scorecard will be displayed on the screen.

  5. Download the scorecard and take a printout for future reference.
