GUJCET 2024 Application Form 

 

Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board administers the Gujarat Common Entrance Exam (GUJCET), a state-level entrance test (GSHSEB). The test is given to candidates who want to enroll in Gujarati institutions and universities' undergraduate programs in engineering, pharmacy, and other fields.

 

The registration period for the GUUJCET 2024 exam is now closed, and the test will be administered on April 3 by the GSHSEB. For GUJCET 2024, the application process was conducted online.

Mode of GUJCET 2024 Application Fee payment

The GUJCET Examination fee of Rs.350/- can be paid through SBIePay using Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking. Alternatively, the Fee can be paid at any SBI Branch of the Country by selecting the SBIePay "SBI Branch Payment" option. To do this, log into gujcet.gseb.org, choose the SBIePay payment option, and print the payment slip. The form will be available only after successful payment. If the payment fails, then the form cannot be submitted.

How to fill a GUJCET 2024 Application Form?

The steps involved in GUJCET 2024 application procedure are given below in detail- 

 

Step 1: Registering for GUJCET 2024: On the official website of GUJCET 2024, candidates must register by providing various basic details. The candidates are required to provide the following details during their time of registration for GUJCET 2024  

Surname, name of the candidate, guardian’s name

Candidate’s gender

Mobile number

Email Id

A password 

After entering these pieces of information, candidates are required to enter the captcha code, click on the ‘register’ button and complete the verification process. Once the registration has been completed, the candidate will receive an application number/User Id and a password on their registered email id and mobile number. 

 

Step 2: Payment of Fees for GUJCET 2024: Once the registration has been completed, the candidate will be automatically directed to the fees payment page. The application fee for GUJCET 2023 is Rs 350 for applicants of all categories.  The fees are required to be paid online, candidates can opt for credit/debit cards, net banking, or through the online payment gateway of SBI. 

 

Step 3: Filling out the application form for GUJCET 2024: Once the fee payment has been initiated and completed, applicants will be directed to the application form which will require several personal, academic, and contact details. Candidates must be careful with the form-filling procedure and avoid making any mistakes. The following information was required in the GUJCET 2024 Application form-

Application form correction window- 

Once the application form for GUJCET 2024 has been submitted, the examination authority will provide candidates with a correction opportunity. All candidates who wish to make changes to their application form can do so by submitting the correction form (made available on the official website) to the GUJCET Cell within the stipulated time period for corrections. The correction form can be mailed or sent in person to the following address-

Step 4: Uploading Photo and signature: Once the personal, contact, and academic details have been provided, applicants are required to upload scanned copies of their passport-size images and signature in the following format.

 

Step 5: Submitting the Application form: Once the passport-size image and signature have been uploaded, the application form will be submitted automatically. Candidates are required to download and take a printout of the application form since it will be required during the counselling procedure which will take place after the result announcement of GUJCET 2024.
