About FDDI AIST 2024
FDDI AIST stands for the Footwear Design and Development Institute All India Selection Test. FDDI AIST 2024 Application Procedure
The application procedure for the FDDI AIST 2024 is listed as follows:

Online Registration: Candidates need to visit the official website of FDDI and register themselves by providing their basic details such as name, email ID, and phone number. They will receive a registration number and password on their registered email ID and phone number.

Filling up the Application Form: Candidates have to log in to their account using the registration number and password and fill in the application form with all the required details such as personal information, academic qualifications, and choice of program. A scanned copy of their photograph, signature and other required documents are to be uploaded.

Application Fee Payment: Candidates need to pay the application fee of INR 600 (for General/OBC/GEN-EWS category candidates) or INR 300 (for SC/ST/PwD category candidates) online using credit/debit card, net banking, or any other online payment mode.

Submission of the Application Form: Once candidates have filled in all the details and paid the application fee, the application form is to be submitted online. After successful submission, candidates will receive a confirmation message on their registered email ID and phone number.

Download and Printing of Admit Card: After the application process is complete, FDDI will release the admit card for AIST 2024 on its official website. The admit card is to be downloaded, printed and brought to the examination centre on the day of the exam.
Candidates are advised to fill in the application form properly and try their best to avoid any kind of errors.
FDDI AIST 2024 Eligibility
The eligibility criteria for Undergraduate programmes are as follows:
The candidates must have passed:

10+2, in any stream, from any recognized Board; or
-
any School or Board or University examination in India or in a foreign country recognized by the Association of Indian Universities as equivalent to 10+2 system; or
-
School Examination conducted by the National Open School with a minimum of ve subjects; or
-
All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) approved three –years full-time Diploma after Class X offered by the Board of Technical Education of any state or Union territory.
A candidate who has appeared for any examination under clause (A), and whose result has not been declared at the time of admission, shall be eligible to apply for admission to the Bachelor’s Programmes
Age Limit: The age limit for the Bachelor’s programme shall be 25 years as of the 1st of July 2024.
The general eligibility criteria for Postgraduate programs are as follows:
- Candidates must obtain a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline for admission into M.Des and MBA
- An applicant who has taken any examination for any of the degrees mentioned in clause (A) and clause (B) and has not yet received the results at the time of admission, is eligible to apply for admission to the Master's Programmes. If such a candidate is selected, they will be granted provisional admission but must submit the result of the required examination by September 30, 2024, to the Admission In Charge of the institution where the admission has been granted. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the candidate's admission, and the entire fee will be forfeited. These candidates must provide evidence of having taken the final examination during the counselling process for FDDI programmes.
Age Limit: There is no age limit for admission into the Master's programmes.

FDDI AIST 2024 Outcomes
Once the merit list has been published on the official website, candidates who achieve the required cut-off will be eligible for counselling sessions in the second or third week of July. The candidates will get admission into one of the twelve campuses of FDDI. By 29 July 2024, candidates will have to report to their allotted campuses.
