How to Fill out the ATMA  Application Form?

The application process for ATMA consists of three sequential stages:

Step 1: Payment of Fees

  • To start the ATMA Exam registration, the first step is to make the payment of the exam fees. The registration fee for the ATMA exam is Rs. 2000/- (Two Thousand Rupees) and can be paid through Debit/Credit Card, Wallets, Net Banking, or UPI. Cash, DD, or Cheque payments are not accepted.

  • Concessions in fees: Women candidates receive a 25% fee concession, and candidates from North Eastern States of India (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura) get a 50% fee concession.

Step 2: Personal Identification No. (PID)

  • After successful fee payment, candidates will receive a system-generated Personal Identification Number (PID) via SMS and Email. This PID will serve as the candidate's login ID for various purposes like re-printing the application form, downloading the admit card, and checking the result.

STEP 3: Filling Registration Form

  • With the payment made and PID received, candidates can proceed to fill the registration form. Required information includes PID, Name (which can be fetched from the database), Postal Address, Email ID, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Preferred Test City Choice, Educational Qualifications, SSC, HSC, Degree percentages (if the candidate is appearing, mention "NA"), Post-graduation/Professional Degree details if applicable, Post-qualification experience (if any), and choice of Institutes for reporting ATMA Scores.

  • Uploading a scanned image of the candidate's photograph and signature in the prescribed format is essential to complete the registration process. The process is considered complete only after the images are uploaded.

  • After the registration process is completed, each candidate will receive a login password via SMS and Email.

Applicants must ensure that all steps of the application form are completed before the specified due date and time. It is important to provide valid and active email IDs and mobile phone numbers in the online application form.
