Dr. D.Y. Patil Medical College, Hospital and Research Centre, Pune features a state-of-the-art central library. The entire space is around five thousand square metres, featuring reading rooms for students and faculty. In fact, the large reading halls can hold up to seven hundred and fifty students. The library holds a total of thirty thousand three hundred and twenty-nine books, as well as a variety of magazines and journals. It has subscriptions to the majority of national and international journals that undergraduate and post-graduate students need. Each Department has its own Departmental Library in addition to the central library. Students and faculty can use the Central Library's Wi-Fi internet service. Students can access information from any point, anywhere, at any time because the DDYPMCHRC Punecampus and hostels are Wi-Fi equipped.
There are separate hostels for boys and girls. DDYPMCHRC Pune has four comfortable hostels with modern amenities. Reading rooms, recreational areas with televisions, and indoor game facilities such as carom, table tennis, and other activities are available at the hostels. The college encourages students to participate in various sporting events.
Physical fitness and health are prioritized by the institution. Cricket, volleyball, badminton, tennis, kho-kho, baseball, handball, kabaddi, tug of war, basketball, football, and other sports are all accessible on campus. The campus also has the following museums - Anatomy, Pathology, PSM & Forensic. There are multiple laboratories in the DDYPMCHRC Pune. There is a Central Clinical Skills Lab that focuses on improving the skills of students. The various departments have separate labs as required. The department of Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Pathology, Microbiology, Forensic and community medicine have separate spacious labs which are equipped with the latest technologies.

The auditorium has a seating capacity of 1000 and 250. The seating arrangements are designed to be comfortable.
