The library of Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute of Optometry and Visual Sciences, Pune has fifty reference books and two monthly magazines. The library is fully furnished and is open to students.
The labs in DDYPIOVS Pune are highly functional both for research and academic purposes. The lab is built with the latest types of equipment. Primary vision care, contact lenses, vision rehabilitation, binocular vision, treatment and management of ocular illnesses, pediatric eye care, ophthalmic prescription services and contact lens dispensing are all available in-house clinical services. Working and learning at these clinics allow students to obtain experience in all facets of optometry practice and industry.
