College of Engineering, Guindy, library, which was founded in the year 1978, has been autonomous. On the eastern side of the main campus, in a three-story building, is where it is kept. The library building has a total space of roughly four thousand one hundred and twenty-two square metres. The library has 30 video cameras strategically positioned for surveillance. There is a twelve hundred and fifty six square metre library on the CE Guindy campus as well. There are currently ten thousand one hundred and fifty seven users that have registered to utilise the library. The library offers its users a wide range of knowledge-based services, including reference, bibliography, MALIBNET, DELNET, reprography, internet browsing, and e-services. The library is surrounded by greeneries. The library's complete computerization activity has been redesigned using specialized software, a comprehensive package with built-in library modules capable of handling the full range of library operations. All library services have been fully automated, and smart card input and book transactions are designed for a better library experience.

There are two separate hostels for girls and boys. There are twenty-two blocks, where fourteen blocks are allowed for boys and eight for girls. The hostels are surrounded by greeneries and are equipped with modern facilities. The campus also encourages students' involvement in sports. With outdoor facilities made for football, badminton, basketball, and many other outdoor sports - the focus of the campus is to propagate the physical well-being of its students.

CEG's Health Centre offers medical services to all of its employees and students. About fifteen thousand students, thirteen hundred research scholars, 11,000 staff members, and their families are receiving healthcare services from this centre. Every week at the Main Campus, it offers specialised consultations in ophthalmology, dermatology, diabetes, gynecology, ENT, paediatrics, and orthopaedics to all students and staff. All students and employees are welcome to visit the ENT, Skin, Ortho, and Ophthalmology clinics on the campus once each week. Every day, 200 persons seek medical attention at the health centre. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. The classrooms are ICT facilitated and the auditorium on the campus is equipped with latest technology. CE Guindy holds a well-kept cafeteria for providing healthy food, and an auditorium.
