Calcutta Institute of Pharmaceutical Technology and Allied Health Sciences, Howrah has all the necessary infrastructure to ensure the overall development of the students. The Library at CIPTAAHS houses 54887 volumes of books comprising 2071 titles, 115 national journals and 9 international journals. There are reference materials, magazines, periodicals and research publications present as well. Reading Room, Book Lending and Book Bank facilities are available to the students of CIPTAAHS. The Digital Library is facilitated by Wi-Fi access and furnished with e-journals, STM e-journals, as well as CD-ROMS. CIPTAAHS Library is equipped with LIBSYS technology.
The students of CIPTAAHS are provided hostel accommodation, with separate provisions being present for male and female students. Each of the hostels is well furnished with the necessities, which include electricity with generator backup, sufficient water, etc.
The canteen at CIPTAAHS provides hygienic drinking water and serves lunch, tea, coffee, snacks, cold drinks, etc. at fair prices.
The sports facilities of CIPTAAHS include infrastructure for indoor and outdoor games like football, cricket, table tennis, carrom and chess, for the physical and mental fitness of the students.
The students at CIPTAAHS are taught in spacious and airy classrooms which are fully equipped with modern facilities. The practical knowledge of the students is honed in several departmental laboratories. Apart from these, a Computer Centre with high-speed internet is available for students to access for internet surfing, printing, scanning, etc. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled.
CIPTAAHS provides first aid and medical facilities to the students, along with ambulance services in cases of emergency. Hospitals are present within 1KM radius of CIPTAAHS and can be accessed in times of medical emergencies. CIPTAAHS also has transport facilities from Kolkata and Uluberia Railway Station. Banking and ATM facilities are present within the Campus for the students and staff to avail.
