Birla Institute of Technology & Science Pilani - Hyderabad Campus is a fully residential campus that boasts 11 boys & 2 girls’ hostels accommodating both UG and PG students. The campus provides spacious well ventilated double/single room non-AC accommodation to each student. Each room is provided with modern furniture, internet connectivity and round-the-clock security. Floorwise common room facilitates with cable TV, magazines, newspapers, table-tennis, chess and carrom boards. Potable drinking water is available in each floor and telephones are provided in all the hostel offices. The central dining facility is available for all the students. There are two independent large dining halls with modern and well-equipped kitchens with an RO plant for drinking water.

A variety of food and beverage joints are available across the campus. BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus has smart classrooms with the latest technologies for interactive learning. The classrooms are air-conditioned and furnished. The campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled. Advanced research laboratories for pharmacy, chemistry and biology have been set up. Research laboratories in Analytical, Organic, Inorganic and Physical Chemistry have been set up. The labs have built a cutting-edge research facility for biology, chemistry, and pharmacy. In the fields of biology, chemistry, physics, and microbiology, measurement techniques labs are currently being built. Labs including the central analytical lab, the physics research lab, the pharma analysis lab, the computer-aided drug design (CADD) lab, the VLSI CAD lab, and the EEE practise lab are being set up during the second year of operation. All additional engineering labs—in civil, chemical, electrical, electronic, and mechanical—will be open soon. The pupils' communication abilities will be improved with the use of a 20-seat computer-based language lab. The computer lab is also open to all students

A brand-new structure with two levels and a total area of forty-five thousand square feet, the library on the Hyderabad Campus can accommodate more than four hundred people. The library has about twenty thousand books in its collection and subscribes to over a hundred and fifteen Indian magazines and sixty foreign publications. Students can access more than three thousand five hundred electronic journals. The institute has a subscription to a database that offers students and faculty members access to more than fifteen thousand e-books, twenty-four hours a day. The Student Activity Centre (SAC) at BITS Hyderabad offers facilities for various indoor games and sports like chess, carrom, table tennis, pool table, snooker, billiards badminton and squash. A gymnasium with state-of-the-art equipment is available in the Activity Centre. The Campus has two indoor badminton courts, and two tennis and volley ball courts. The cricket ground has two pitches with grass playfields along with a spectator gallery. Three synthetic grass turf pitches are also provided beside the ground for practice. Football and hockey ground along with kabaddi courts are located centrally inside the institute. A 400 mts standard clay track along with a football field and swimming pool (short course) are also available on the campus. The canteen on the campus provides healthy and nutritious food at affordable prices. A medical facility has opened and is now offering workers and students access to medical care round-the-clock. For any consultations, two male doctors, a compounder/lab technician, a sister, and a lab technician live on campus. For any emergency, the medical centre has a contract with Medicity Hospital in Medchal.
