The sprawling area of over 1000 acres where Bharatidasan University, Tiruchirapalli resides is embellished with multiple infrastructural amenities. Separate building blocks are allotted for specific purposes. An administrative building block there that accommodates chambers for the Vice Chancellor, Registrar, the Controller of the Examination, and other authoritative bodies.
BU Tiruchirapalli is equipped with an air-conditioned auditorium that has a capacity of nearly 200 people at a time followed by a convocation hall. The departments and research centers are separated into a specific multistoried building where the classrooms, libraries, and reading halls are situated.
The library has multiple halls housing books, journals, reference books, magazines, and reading. In the digital hub of the library, there are e-learning resources, e-books journals z audio video cassettes. The library also has INFLIB and DELNET facilities. More than 10,000 Resources, 5,000 back volumes, and 7,000 electronic books are in stock. There are also departmental libraries alongside. The informatics center houses multiple computers with stable internet connections.
The housing facilities are also provided which are also equipped with good internet connectivity. There is a publication division owned by BU Tiruchirapalli where quarterly newsletters (BARD NEWS) are published. For transport facilities, there is a fleet of buses that ply between the city and the campus.
BU Tiruchirapalli has provided safe drinking water facilities to the hostels and the departments.
