Bankura Christian College, Bankura (BCC), is a private undergraduate college affiliated with Bankura University. BCC Bankura is the oldest college in Bankura, West Bengal and is a University Grants Commission (UGC)-recognised institution. Bankura Christian College, Bankura was instituted on June 29, 1903, by the Wesleyan Missionary Society’s initiatives under the founder principal Rev. John Mitchell’s stewardship.

Bankura Christian College, Bankura houses three academic departments- Arts, Science, and B.P.Ed.- and offers courses such as B.A, B.Sc, and B.P.Ed. Admission into BCC Bankura’s undergraduate courses is conducted on a merit basis. Interested candidates may complete the application procedure online and ensure fulfilment of the eligibility criteria of completing their 10+2 examinations from a recognised board with a minimum of 50% marks secured in the relevant stream. Admission Procedure

Undergraduate course admission to Bankura Christian College, Bankura (BCC), is solely determined by merit. The admissions procedure is completed entirely online. On the college website, one may find all the information you need about the admissions process. To be considered eligible for admission, candidates seeking for B.A or B.A (Hons) must have completed their 10+2 with at least 50% in any relevant stream from an approved board. On the other hand, to be considered eligible for admission, applicants for the B.Sc and B.Sc (Hons) programs must have received a 50% or above on the 10+2 exam in the Science stream with English and Biology as the primary subjects of study.

The students are also provided with MA degree in English and Bengali, applying to which requires them to have a bachelor's degree in Arts stream.
