The labs on the campus are fully furnished and are open to all students.
AC Kolkata has a students' canteen that has been operating for over sixty years; it is located in a room on the third floor of the college's main building. The students received discounted prices on tea and Indian snacks from the canteen. Currently, the canteen sells tea, coffee, aerated soft drinks, and Indian, Chinese and Continental snacks.

AC Kolkata has a long history of producing athletes who have excelled at both national and international competitions, bringing honour to both the college and the nation as a whole. Students consistently excel in sports like football, rowing, athletics, regatta, hockey, table tennis, basketball, and cricket, which contributes to AC Kolkata's rich history.
AC Kolkata Health Care Unit is a campus-based resource for faculty, staff, and students. AC Kolkata Humanities Block's ground-floor Health Care Unit offers top-notch primary health care services to the college's personnel and students. It is a non-profit organisation that AC Kolkata fully funds for the needs of students, as well as teaching and support personnel. The unit was established to facilitate providing emergency care to sick students or staff while the doctor oversaw the initial diagnosis and treatment.
There is high-speed internet on the campus. The classrooms are fully furnished and have smartboards, projectors, microphones and many more. The auditorium has the latest audio-visual equipment.
