AIL has acquired MyLOFT, a mobile web application that enables students to browse, access, organise, and share digital and e-content related to their personal and professional interests across mobile and web platforms. The library has RFID capability and runs Libsys software.

Both boys and girls can stay in the hostel, which is safe and secure. There are available single and double rooms in addition to modified existing houses. There are furnishings, lights, and fans for students' comfort. There are many communal spaces with LCD televisions for the enjoyment of the pupils. AIL has a cutting-edge kitchen with all the newest amenities, as well as enough ventilation and natural light so that students can eat in groups. There are three dining halls to reduce long waits and improve the dining experience.

AIL Mohali offers indoor and outdoor sports facilities for the students' entire personality development. Two of them have courts for basketball and volleyball made of synthetic materials, as well as table tennis and badminton amenities. Additional recreational sports facilities are available at the recently finished Sports Complex, which is situated on an additional 1.44 acres of property next to the school. Students have use of a functional gym. Both the boys' and girls' hostels have developed open gyms to give students access to more exercise equipments. The air-conditioned Computer lab now has computers, allowing placement firms to administer online assessments. Additionally, students use it for their research projects. A hub of student activity is the entirely air-conditioned café, which is equipped with a music system, two sizable LED displays, and an HD DTH connection.

The campus is Wi-Fi facilitated and the classrooms are equipped with ICT facilities. The four-fifty seater multipurpose hall, which has central air conditioning, serves as a venue for a variety of events, including those that are both national and international. The seminar room is well furnished and eighty people can sit in the air-conditioned seminar hall, which is used for lectures and discussions on campus. Students can hold outdoor events and spend precious time together at the nicely built amphitheatre.
