The infrastructure of the campus is focused to help students and improve their academic experience. All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Raipur's Central Library is first-rate and spread out over three floors. The books and general reading area are on the lower floor, the reading section is on the middle floor, and the state-of-the-art e-library and journal section are on the top floor. The library has over nine hundred books on general topics, over eight thousand books on medicine and nursing, and more. On each of the library's three floors, there is Wi-Fi access. The digital library on the campus helps students to access more information.
Within AIIMS, Raipur site, the hostel block is being prepared for occupancy. Students have been accommodated in Type II and Type III buildings on the residential campus as a temporary remedy.
