Powerhouse actor couple Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are likely to get married on December 18 this year, if insiders in the Kapoor clan are to be believed.

There is a murmur in the industry too that the lovebirds will tie the knot soon after the release of Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra on December 4.

Alia has been part of all Kapoor events, including visiting unwell papa-in-law-in-the making, Rishi Kapoor, in hospitals. Even her mother, Soni Razdan, and Ranbir’s mom Neetu Kapoor have been meeting often in the past few months “to plan the wedding”.

Alia is at present shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi and will go on to shoot Takht and end the year with Golmaal 5.

Alia and Ranbir were supposed to get married in January 2020 had Brahmastra released in 2019. But the film’s release delayed the union too.
