Admission Procedure

Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneshwar offers, an MBA &PHD program in the various discipline of management and business administration. The minimum requirement for admission is a three-year Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in any discipline with at least 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University.The final selection will be made on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT)/Common Admission Test (CAT)/ Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT)/Xavier General Management Aptitude Test(X-GMT) as well as in the Writing Ability Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. For PHD Admission, Candidates seeking admission to a school under XIM University after a 4-year/8-semester Bachelor’s degree with Research or equivalent (BE/BTech, BSc-Agriculture and Allied Sciences etc.) should have a minimum of 75 percentage of marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA in a 10 point scale+Master’s or equivalent degree in any discipline with minimum 60% of marks in the Master’s level. Applicants have to fill up the online application form separately for the Doctoral program(s) at: www.xim.edu.in. Upon successfully filling the online application form,The shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for XIM Research Aptitude Test (X-RAT), Subject Test (if applicable), Presentation, and Personal Interview
