VFSTR Guntur is fully approved by the All India Council for Technical Education [AICTE] and and recognised by University grants Commission [UGC]. VFSTR Guntur, the flagship of the Vignan Group, was created in 2008 as a Deemed to be University, having evolved from Vignan's Engineering College.VFSTR Guntur offers a wide range of degree options in several branches of engineering. Admission Procedure
VFSTR Guntur is offering undergraduate and postgraduate engineering programs in its different branches with Bachelor of Technology [B. Tech], and Master of Technology [M. Tech] degrees. The other programs are Bachelor of Science [B. Sc] in Agriculture, Computer Science, Statistics, etc; Bachelor of Pharmacy [B. Pharm]; Bachelor of Computer Application [BCA]; Bachelor of Business Administration [BBA]; Master of Science [M. Sc] in Chemistry; Master of Business Administration [MBA]; Bachelor of Business Administration- Bachelor of Law [BBA-LLB]; etc. Candidates must have passed 10+2 examinations from a recognized board to be eligible to apply and must have secured at least 50% marks in Class 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Vignan's Scholastic Aptitude Test (V-SAT) is a computer based online test conducted on an all India basis for admission into B.Tech./B.Sc(Hons) Agriculture/B. Pharmacy. The applicants of the management department need to qualify Common Admission Test [CAT]/ Management aptitude Test [MAT]/Xavier Aptitude Test [XAT] for the MBA course.
