There is a lavish auditorium with a seating capacity of more than 500 people. The spacious seminar hall can accommodate up to 120 students and is well-equipped with modern facilities like audiovisual facilities and LCD projectors with light and ventilation facilities.
Vananchal Dental College, Garhwa boasts a well-equipped library facility housing a colossal collection of printed journals and referral texts. There is a spacious reading area for the students inside the library premises.
The VDC library also has digital facilities offering access to several e-books and e-journals. There are well-equipped libraries at VDC, Garhwa boasting top-notch modern facilities. VDC’s laboratories are adequately furnished with cutting-edge scientific tools so that every student can get a firsthand practical education experience. There are department labs for biochemistry, physiology, anatomy, dental anatomy, oral pathology, pharmacology, pathology, histology, microbiology, and a separate dissection hall with cadaver facilities for practical training of students. In addition to these, each department of VDC, Garhwa also includes a facility for incoming and exiting water.
Vananchal Dental College, Garhwa offers in-campus hostel facilities for residential students. There are separate boys’ and girls’ hostels located in a two-story structure within the campus and equipped with a hostel mess area. The hostels offer T-shaped, triple-bedded, and double-bedded rooms with excellent mess facilities. There are also parent/guardian guest rooms available within the hostel premises. VDC, Garhwa hires wardens to oversee the boy's hostel and the girl's hostels; the warden chamber is also affixed to the dormitory structure to ensure the care and safety of hostel students.
There is a hygienic and well-furnished cafeteria/canteen at VDC Garhwa serving good quality food. Transportation facilities are provided by VDC, Garhwa and offer well-maintained college buses that are available for the need of the students. Vananchal Dental College, Garhwa also has emergency health centres for students in need of medical attention. Sports facilities on campus include badminton courts, a recreation room, a table tennis board, and indoor games facilities for carrom and chess.
