Usha Martin University, Ranchi has a well-maintained library with a vast collection of resources including Textbooks, Reference books, journals, dissertations periodicals, and journals that are easily accessible to its students. The library also has access to numerous e-books and e-journals.
The University provides a separate hostel facility for both girls and boys. The hostels are properly structured and maintained for the students. UMU Ranchi has transport facilities for the students and staff over a 35 KM radius of the city at a reduced rate. The buses are equipped with adequate safety measures. Students at UMU Ranchi participate in several extracurricular activities, and the University also provides facilities for indoor sports along with outdoor sports such as Volleyball, Badminton, etc. UMU Ranchi has created modern laboratories that are equipped with the best technologies. It consists of Computer, Media, Agriculture, Pharmacy, and Physiotherapy Labs. Apart from that well-designed laboratories have been created to support the science courses. The campus also has lecture theatres for seminars, lectures, important classes, etc, and are equipped with wi-fi access and multimedia facilities.
