UH, Hyderabad has a built area of more than 2,64,122 lakh sq. mt. and 1700 acres of land covered in flora and wildlife. The students will have plenty of learning possibilities thanks to UoH's cutting-edge infrastructure, which is directly tied to the university's goal. UH, Hyderabad has ample teaching-learning resources, including classrooms dispersed throughout its Schools, Departments, and Centers. There are also specific lecture hall complexes with ICT capabilities in every classroom. Each building has ramps and other accessibility features so that people with impairments may access the classrooms and other infrastructure. Additionally, each Department, School, and Center has cutting-edge labs and computing resources (hardware and software) to meet the demands of the corresponding academic departments. The distinction of being the first university library in India with completely automated operations belongs to the Indira Gandhi Memorial Library. Using Web-OPAC, library patrons may search the database by author, title, classification number, subject, and title to learn whether any books are now available (web-based library catalog). Through Web-OPAC and the remote access feature, full-text connections to all e-books, digital books, theses, and dissertations are formed.

UH, Hyderabad has exercise, yoga, and sports facilities. There are three sports complexes with a range of athletic and fitness resources. The main sports facility has a cricket pitch and pavilion in addition to a 400-meter standard clay track. There are four specialized Yonex badminton courts with LED lighting in the sports complex's indoor stadium. The property contains a fitness center with modern equipment that is 4000 square feet in size and offers a great chance for the university community to get fitter. All workout equipment is branded, technically advanced, and assists users in building overall body strength for both beginner and experienced sports. A 4000 square foot indoor hall contains table tennis and carroms equipment. LED lighting is used to brighten this space. The same sports facility also has a volleyball court and an outdoor karate studio.

UH, Hyderabad has an outdoor amphitheater that is utilized for large-scale sporting events including arranging marathons, half-marathons, and cycling competitions. UH, Hyderabad's lush surroundings are ideal for running and cycling, and it routinely hosts half-marathons, full-marathons, and cycling competitions. UH, Hyderabad offers a 150-seat Ambedkar Auditorium and a 500-seat Savitri Bai Phule Auditorium for cultural events. The Open Dias is an open-air amphitheater utilized for a variety of student events, including the Sukoon cultural festival. Over 5000 male and female students are housed in 23 dormitories on the campus. Both the North and South campuses operate with two food courts. Near the guest house, in the center, is the Post Office. There are three ATMs on campus.
